How these results are proven
No cherry-picking. Every trade, every cost.
- Replayed on a real MT5 broker's own XAU/USD candles, not on indicative prices — the same candles the live engine trades.
- Every trade pays the recorded spread, slippage on both sides, the account's measured commission ($7.00 per lot round turn) and the broker's overnight swap for every night it is held.
- Proven is tested on the strategy as traded: Swing + Scalp counts the H1 swing and the M5 scalps that follow it as one record.
- Only closed candles are used and every entry is filled at the next candle's open — nothing looks into the future.
- One position per timeframe; an opposite entry reverses it. Stops are checked before targets inside each candle.
- Proven means statistically proven: the whole 95% confidence interval of the average result per trade is above zero. Timeframes that do not clear that bar are labelled Not proven, and we say so.
- The rules were chosen on the first 70% of the available history and confirmed on the untouched last 30% before going live.
- The lot is fixed for the whole period — no compounding, no martingale.
